Our vision is a community of women returning to themselves, to each other, and to God. Living with greater peace, presence, and purpose in the middle of their real, full, complicated lives.

Why I built The Aligned Life

I built The Aligned Life because I needed it.I spent years giving everything to everyone — my family, my work, my clients. I was capable and accomplished on the outside and quietly depleted on the inside.
Then my spiritual director asked me a question that stopped me cold:"If your cup is so full, what room do you have for God?"Everything shifted.This is my journey back to center. And an invitation for you to join me.

About Tara

Tara is a leadership consultant and certified coach with an MA in Organizational Psychology and over 2,300 coaching hours working with executives, entrepreneurs, and church leaders at all levels. Rooted in her faith in Jesus Christ, she has spent a decade helping people and organizations find their way back to what matters.
